I’ve been going here for 3 years. Never late. Never an issue with my clothes. I had a small rip in my pants once it got fixed without asking. Above all, the quality of the dry cleaning is top notch.

Brought in a brand new jacket-it had never been dry cleaned. One of those faux fur jackets that are really popular now. Loved it and told the owner that. Went to pick it up 6 days later, took it home and it just smelled funny and it seemed to have shrunk? Called the owner and brought in the next day. I said that it did not smell clean and the sleeves seemed shorter? He said if you want it to smell better you should not have it DRY Cleaned but should have it Washed? But if you have it washed, it will shrink? I said, it has already shrunk. He got really irritated with me and raised his voice so I said, thats ok, I will take it somewhere else. He did not respond. He just walked in the back. Didnt even care to try to make me happy. :( Paid $25.00 to have it cleaned and thats fair but please just guarantee your work. Bought a new one and gave my original to a friend.

My husband and I came to Seattle for a wedding. His suit was a wrinkled mess. We stopped in hoping to get it pressed. There was not enough time to do anything else. Plaza 1 came through for us!!!! Not only did they press the suit BEAUTIFULLY, but they fixed a small part of the hem on the pants leg. Great attention to detail. Wish we lived closer, we would be repeat customers for sure.

My wife and I have been using Plaza 1 for nearly 10 years. Every time we drop anything off we are greeted by the owner or his wife. I recently brought a load to Plaza 1 following a wedding that went into the early morning. I received a call from the owner saying he had found a substantial amount of cash in one of my jacket pockets and asked that I head down there. He handed it back to me and asked that I count it. I would have never known or realized I had left that in there. The owner/operator is clearly honorable and does a terrific job in a rapid fashion. They will have a customer for life.
