Unfortunately, this company was assigned to us by our property manager and landlord. I was highly dissatisfied with the service that we received and the fact that our whole process took 2 weeks to accomplish. I never received a call once from them. I had to constantly call them and ask for updates. When they said they could finally assess our water heater they said next day. They never showed and never called, never responded to emails. Then the day after that they came by and said they'll call back. I never heard from them. I called again after they ordered the water heater and they said it arrived a few days ago and had been sitting in their warehouse. This is after calling multiple times without a response due to their voice mail box being full. On the day of our appointment I was told I was the first on the list and they'd arrive between 8-10 am and it would take about 3 hours of labor time total. I didn't receive any updates and they finally showed up around noon, worked for about an hour then left to go and get the water heater. They didn't show back up until 4:30pm and didn't leave until 5:30/6pm. They also did not clean up after themselves.
Phone doesn't work, may not be in business anymore.
Want a job well done? Want it done quickly? Want a good rate? Well.. this is the company for you. Sorry but all other companies can't compare. Seriously, you can't beat this business !! They are incomparable!
I have been dealing with this contractor for over a month now through a home warranty claim. They have not submitted the claim and have not fixed anything. They rarely answer the phone and don't have a voice mail or email address.
Great Service! Cleaned up well to the point I couldn't tell they were in my home. Expected Bill! Affordable Appreciate the help with my outside sewer and kitchen sink faucet replacement.
