We had an excellent experience. Toby was very communicative, professional and a rapid turn around time. We called with water heater issues one afternoon and he was out replacing it the very next morning and didn’t nickel and dime us the whole way. We would use Imperial Plumbing again in a heart beat and would highly recommend.

Arrived on time. Answered all our questions. Got right to work. Took great pride in doing the job correctly. Pleasant, funny, polite. Price was what we expected. Cleaned up perfectly. Definitely will call them next time. Installed a water softener and replaced old water heater.

Toby and his colleague Sam did a fantastic job for us.nnWe needed assistance on short notice due to a leak but had multiple other items to address. Toby understood our difficult situation and was very responsive in working us into his schedule on short notice.nnToby quoted prices up front, so there were no surprises on that front. He and Sam arrived right on time. They solved our problems and were creative in finding more economical ways to address a couple of issues to save us money.nnThese guys are friendly, capable and professional — just a pleasure to work with, and I’m very happy to recommend them.

Sam and Gary were extremely professional, kind, and thorough. They took the time to explain things and were very upfront. They had masks on and made sure to clean up after they did any work. Toby was very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful on the phone and was able to give me honest feedback and reasonable estimates. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to the guys showing up and they showed up on time. I highly, highly recommend Imperial Plumbing and will definitely use them again should I have any issues in the future.

Excellent and professional work by Toby and Sam - i used them 2 years ago for an attic hot water heater replacement, so I knew I was getting quality work. Today was a leaky faucet in brick on the front of my house - again, a high quality and professional job. Would highly recommend Imperial Plumbing to all my friends.
