I absolutely love every Raising Cane's location all the employees go the next step to help out customer and they all are always friendly and happy. My only issue is we still aren't able to sit and dine inside. The mass majority of the food chains are open for business to take out or dine in. All of them have tables closed for social distancing but you can dine inside. Our everyday life's have to get back to some form of normal. Because if we don't I fear what the future holds for us

I looked up food near me and was happy to find raising Cane's was open until 12 a.m. so, with my mouth all fixed and ready for some Canes, I headed there and arrived right at 11:45 only to find the employees decided they would close the store an entire 15 MINUTES EARLY! I do understand it could be an inconvenience to have customers pull up 3 to 5 minutes before you're closing and also a bit inconsiderate on the customer's part but 15 minutes? That is just wrong and I personally three people in addition to myself who got there with 15 minutes to spare and had to leave with no food. I definitely won't be back to this location because I can't imagine what the customer service is like from people who would clothes and establishment 15 minutes before it's time to be closed.

LOVE this location! The staff is always so nice! Never have problems with my order and when the inside was open it was always clean.

This location goes through shift managers so fast and they are all usually very rude. Same as the employees. BUT last night 2/12/21 at about 9:45pm there was a younger guy who handed me the food through the drive through. He had great customer service and was polite. Hope he sticks around lol.
