I usually only visit Long John Silver's maybe a couple times a year. However, it's the only drive through (or restaurant for that matter) in the area that is strictly following Covid safety (besides Starbucks). They mostly do drive through which cuts down on the number of people inside. Employees always have masks on properly. They touch your credit card, food, etc as little as possible. It's been the only place I've regularly gone for drive through, because everywhere else I try either customers or employees aren't wearing masks (and to clarify for customers I mean they are walking in and out without masks). The food isn't overly greasy, it tastes good, the fries aren't soggy by the time I get home, and they are always friendly.

The staff went above and beyond customer service. The lobby was closed and the drive thru had a line so I was going to have to wait until the line was gone before I could order. I walked around the building to go get in line and the manager opened the door so I could come in and order instead of waiting.

Not cooked like it should. The Fish tasted freezer burned. The Fries weren't fresh. Hush Puppies were over cooked and they forgot the rest of my order. We won't be back. Lacking the proper training. Poor Management.

Food was delicious. However, the little girl at the drive in window with the short hair & glasses. Horrible... HORRIBLE attitude. I had to repeat myself several times and continuously have her repeat herself. Please either get her off that window. Times are crazy enough already without having to deal with additional bad attitudes.

I ordered the largest family meal on the menu, 16 pieces with 16 hush puppies and 4 sides. I chose corn, green beans, Cole slaw and fries.nI knew (and hoped) that my fish would have to be fried due to the number of filets in the order. I pulled around to wait, for about 13 minutes. When my order arrived, I only saw 2 sides. When I asked about the missing sides, the young lady told me you got corn, green beans and hush puppies. So I said the menu board lists the hush puppies as part of the family meal, she said yes, it's a side. Even if the hush puppies were a side, that would still only be 3. I asked her to go look at the menu board and my order (I didn't get a receipt) and told her my fries were missing, as was the coleslaw. Finally, she returned with my fries and slaw.nnI also ordered 12 pieces of shrimp, which she told me was in the bag with the fish, it was not. They were not paying attention to what they were doing.nnI spent 50.00, and had to explain to them what I was supposed to get with a 16 piece family meal. And was flat out lied to about the shrimp.nnBe sure to check your order, make sure you get a receipt and don't let them tell you you have everything without checking.
