Never see any patrol cars and when you call them you better be ready to go to jail yourself instead of them protecting your family or securing a building where you feel your family may be in danger. They forced me into a police car to go to the ambulance even though I did not need care. There a few good officers or I would give them a one star. Last night someone took the screen off the window where my son was sleeping, because there are never patrols, usually found eating whataburger or just trying to write tickets on main roads. Residents are not patrolled.
Can't say anything good about the CPD. A man who was clinically bipolar & a proven mental health history was treated unfairly by officer dennis torres and other arresting officers. He was treated without concern for a state of anxiety/off meds and was approached
/charged with excessive force for a small reason which turned to a felony...will be filing a complaint to the CPD and Officer Torres.
I would like to know why CPD claims there address too be 201 e main ? Cause it's 101 n Clinton city hall claims the wrong address also. I try to change it on Google maps and it won't let me why I ask myself something to think about
