Yesterday my husband got 8 piece mixed he ordered half fried and roast! After waiting a while!! So my boys ate the old tasting chicken legs!! So we waited about a hour to eat the roast which was completely raw!!! So I'm going up there since they want answer the phone to let the manager see the chicken in person!!! Be careful eating there that is not the first time chicken was not cooked right

The food at golden Chick is amazing.nTheir new Mac and Chicken sandwich is both the best and the most confusing thing I've even tasted.n10/10 would recommend.

Every time I get chicken here it's never fresh and today was no different. The chicken was hard, cold, dry and taste like it was cooked in old grease.The Jalapeño poppers was old. This is unacceptable.

It really just Never fails.I just left ten mins ago . My whole order was wrong . It’s 30 mins before close and you can tell the not giving two cents about who meal is right or wrong smh do better. They need to stop learning teenagers close. Also it tastes like the cap fell off the salt because you barely can eat this! mess around and get high blood pressure messing around with this food .

So we ate here for dinner on 1-18-2021. I got the 4 pc tender meal with mashed potatoes. They were rushing us to order and rushing us at the window. The tenders were soft/soggy and they did not give me a FORK for my potatoes!!! SORRY SORRY SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And this is the closest location to us SMH
