There is no contact information for management. The chain is serviced by csc. When I contacted csc to request a refund. This is one of the few chains that is supposed to process their own refunds and guess what, there is no one on site. I will go out of the way to not come here again. If you want to take a risk to see if you will lose money or time with these machines, Go right ahead!
Water ud83dudca6 was on the floor due to a water leak from one of the washers. Had to cover with news paper so no one would slip down. Other wise, everything was okay.
Dryer to hot ud83dudd25 my blanket and washer most of them out of order some washer take your money just overall bad ud83dudc4e experience never going there anymore i recommend you do not either
The store was dirty ! Someone put a foam pad in washer it over flowed the front section was standing in water ! Some man looked at it made a phone call then left ! Some people wore mask but some didn't ! I usually go to the location on Pleasant Run rd. It has the big washers that I like !
