My carpet is now yellow after using them for years,called them and was told they NEVER heard if this. (Very common due to chemicals used during cleaning).The owner would not come out to attempt to see damage,or see if yellowing could be removed. HOWEVER it's from the deep cleaning chemicals..My family and are aware and NEVER use them again,will report to BBB also..
I’m a first time customer & it won’t be my last time using them. I called Saturday morning and they came out Saturday afternoon!nnCarlos and the other young man (with him), did an EXCELLENT JOB!nnThey were timely & efficient!
