We called Carlos and he called back within 20 minutes. He was able to take care of our issue immediately and got us back up and running in just an hour. He was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He also respected distancing and wore a mask the entire visit. We're grateful for him and will absolutely call again if needed.
Carlos is the best! He's fast, responsive, and the price is right. I've used him three times over the last few years (kitchen faucet replacement, water main tracking) and I'd never call anyone else. He's on speed dial! I couldn't get my garden hose attached and thought I needed a new faucet. He attached the hose at no charge, where sadly I think other plumbers may have taken advantage and done the job unnecessarily. Honest, trustworthy, on time, and great work. Seriously, the best.
I was referred to All Metroplex by a friend who said they were honest and dependable. I had a bad odor coming from my garbage disposal and Carlos walked be through a fix over the phone and it worked!! No charge - just honest service. I will definitely be referring people to All Metroplex and using them for my plumbing needs!
All Metroplex Plumbing will be our plumber for this point forward. On-time, reasonable, Covid-19 protected and best of all Carlos is a nice person. I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of and he even took the time to explain on a sheet of paper the layout of our plumbing and why we had two clogs. Finding an honest plumber is challenging and we're so glad we called All Metroplex Plumbing. Highly recommend.
I have no words to describe the professionalism of Carlos, super organized(I wish my closet will be so organized as his truck) , high quality work, reasonable price, clean work, honest, everything in superlatives. He gives me the hope back that exceptional contractors still exist.
