Friendly Fast & Reliable! My husband & I have been using this dry cleaners for over a year with no issues. Every week they do a great job on our clothes. They always honor the 'in by 9 out by 5 same day service' policy. The owner and staff are friendly & helpful. I've also had them repair a few items (replacing elastic, hooks, buttons) & am very happy with the work that was done. Their prices are reasonable. The drive thru is a big plus.

Each time I walk in I'm left waiting several minutes for someone to help me. Dispite being seen by the workers in the back. You get a feeling of being ignored. I've almost walked out twice mid wait but it's the closest cleaners to my job. So I go back for location convenience.nnThe most recent communication was a rude phone call. I called to get a price to hem a pair of denim blue jeans (no other work). The lady on the phone was borderline rude and insisted I had to take them in for a price estimate. Then she hung up.nnI think I'll start driving a little further for a decent customer service. If you're hungry while you wait, there is an awesome pizza spot in the same building. The pizza helps make the experience tolerable lol

Horrible customer service. The lady was rude and does not know how to greet new patrons and I refuse to give my money to a company that lack basic communication skills. This establishment should be closed down just on the reviews alone!

I trusted the business to follow their in by 9 AM and ready by 5 PM promise that’s printed on their window and I arrived after 5 PM and my suit was not ready. I previously had two great experiences with their service, but I will never trust them again when I need something cleaned the same day.

The customer service at Friendly cleaners is definitely NOT what I would call friendly. The owners made me feel like a nuisance, rather than a customer giving them business. I informed them there were stains on one of the shirts I dropped off, she acted like she comprehended, but when I went to pick it up... stains still there. No refund offered and no apology given. Super disappointed, but NEVER going back, too many other choices out there. I implore you to do the same.
