Eddy and his team did a great job helping get rid of the mold and water in my house after I came back from vacation and found that my upstairs toilet had at some point started leaking. when I saw mold growing in my closet clothes and shoes I called them and said can you please come now and to my surprise they did! I know the Grapevine Southlake roads can get congested and I've had plenty of service people show up late but they made it on time even during rush hour! They put these machines to help clean the air along with some plastic walls so that the unaffected of my house could be ok. They even took my clothes AND shoes and said those could be cleaned. If anyone needs mold remediation please ask them to show you the same video they showed me. It's some kind of machine they use to remove mold from clothes it's crazy to watch and I had no idea this technology existed. The mold growing on my walls and mold was big enough for to have to file with the state and they have a person at the office who is licensed to do mold remediation and he explained the whole state process. Mold removal is messy work and Texas is not in a hurry to approve your paperwork! It took a few days for the paperwork to clear but the guys got it done and by the end of it I even got my clothes and shoes back looking great. My dogs pet bed cleaning was free! Now I'm working with their repairs team to install my new carpet and put fresh paint on my walls. I worked with the same team the entire way and got to know them. Nice, funny folks. I just recommended them to a friend in Dallas who had her water heater flood half her house and they're out there helping her right now.

Their repairs crews also worked with my insurance and got us a new kitchen and flooring throughout my house. In the middle of this they delivered all of my family's clothes to our apartment. My kids never even missed a day of school and still had their uniforms since they washed everything in just a day turn around. These guys always made me feel like everything was going to be ok and now I understand why so many people tell me to use them above anyone else including other servpros in dallas and north texas.
