MacArthur cleaners & Tailoring

I do not often write reviews, but I have been a regular here for almost 7 years, and have not had any complaints. I had just moved to the area and found this cleaners along 121, which was convenient for me, and met Joy. She's a very bubbly and attentive individual, and tries her best to accommodate you, so I am surprised to see someone call her rude. They have a fast turnaround time, do a great job on dry cleaning and alterations, and usually have some sort of special running.

Super rude lady!!! I called to ask a couple questions, and after I asked one she answered and then quickly hung up. Thinking maybe she got disconnected, I called back and when I asked her my second quick question (what she charges for a suit), she sighed, said she had a customer and was busy and hung up on me again without answering my question.nnThere are so many ways she could have handled that professionally. She could have put me on hold or something but she was so rude! She just missed out on a ton of business. She needs to learn some communication skills.

I would like to highly recommend MacArthur cleaners for anyone who desire to have first class Professional Service! I have been doing business with this cleaners for over 8 years! I bring a bundle of clothes to this cleaners at least twice a week! I live in Forney but work in Lewisville never found a cleaner who does such great professional work and provide first class customer service! I pay top dollar for my clothes and wear suits everyday for work and my church outfits all have rhinestones and pearls, and this is the only cleaners that when I pick up my items all of my accessories are still on my suit! They do not release clothes if they are dingy or dirty they will make sure all stains are taken out. Even if there is a button missing or zipper broke they will fix it ! The best thing that I love is that I can drop off my clothes 24 hours a day they have a night box and my clothes are ready by the time I get off work. Another Plus for this cleaners is they give a 50% discount Monday through Thursday! OMG Ms. JOY the beautiful attendant always meet and greet me with a hug and is super kind, excellent communication skills and most of all very friendly! At the end of a hard long WORK day she really makes me feel so special! I love this cleaners and do not mind the drive for good quality service and first class customer service! I look good everyday in my work clothes and my church clothes because of MacArthur Cleaners! Thank you Ms. Joy and the Macarthur cleaning staff you guys must be commended for a job well done! I nominate you for the BEST Cleaners of the Year!AWARD I challenge anyone to try them you will definitely love them! I am truly a customer for life!
