Ace Hardware is what it is.nThis one is run exceptionally well.nnA sign of good management is the attitude of employees. This store is managed very well.nnAnd, they always seem to have that hard to find thing. Today was Watco Danish Oil. We have 3 Ace stores closer to our Frisco home but since we got such great service and product information and effort from the 3 guys we interacted with, we purchased our Weber grill from the Celina store.nnAttendants wore masks; I appreciated that.nnThey delivered for a very reasonable price!nnThey are right on Preston Road.nnThank you. Service makes a difference and I am happy to pay more in order to save time AND make a more informed decision.
Went to 7 different stores today looking for bulbs and low and behold my last stop (which should have been my 1st!) was Ace! I was able to find these C9 Bulbs at a very very low price. Kelly was so kind and helpful, he even carried my boxes to the front for me. This store is very organized and clean. Austin was working the register and was very friendly and wished me a Merry Christmas on my way out. Loved finding what I needed here!
This place was great. The staff helped me find exactly what I needed. Well stocked and at a decent price.
My wife and I were.in the market for a new grill and the store offered free assembly and delivery. Hands down the best as they were super friendly and helpful. The delivery was on time and they were so helpful and nice.
