Eagle Plumbing was assigned by our Home Warranty company. Gus came out ONCE and told me how to get replacement parts. Seems that should be the plumbers job, but ok, with a lifetime warranty on parts I could do my part. When asking for help, needing him to contact the warranty company, trying to get status updates, etc I only received ONE text message from him in a 3 and a half week time period... And the situation is STILL unresolved.nSeems Eagle plumbing does well dealing with the standard paying customer but drops the ball with warranty work. I am SO frustrated with this whole situation and doubt I will EVER use Eagle Plumbing when the warranty time period is up.

Gus came in today and diagnosed and fixed all my plumbing issues! BEST plumber I have used in the BCS area bar none! He charges very fair prices and is also an Aggie himself! If you need any plumbing call Eagle Plumbing.

I was hesitant to call on Eagle Plumbing because he was far down on the google list of plumbers in B/CS and he had no ratings. I am glad I took a chance! Every other plumber in town was to busy to complete a small project I needed done today on short notice. Eagle was my last call and they were more than willing to help me out. Gus, the owner, showed up promptly and completed my project professionally and at a fair price. Thanks again Gus!! I am glad to be your first Google review!!

I found Gus' name and number on a local forum and called him when our hot water heater started leaking.nnHe was friendly, he showed up when he promised, he kept me informed as we worked on the project, and he fixed the problem. I'll be sure to call him next time I need plumbing work.

This company was chosen by our home warranty company. We were away from home on vacation for a week when a leak happened. Our house sitter notified us and was able to be present during the inspection by the plumber. They were excellent about coming out the very next day, but that's where the communication stopped. They never called me to tell me anything about the house. Our house sitter had to give me all the information. Furthermore, the plumber called my home warranty company to tell them all of our piping was bad and the whole house needed to be replumbed. He never checked the laundry room where the leak was obviously originating, only the attic where the majority of the piping was housed.nSo now our home warranty company refuses to pay for any piping repair at all. Turns out, it was the cold water pipe behind the wall in the laundry room. It took another plumber 5 minutes to find it and 30 minutes to fix it.nEagle Plumbing's irresponsible worker has forced us into having to pay all pipe repairs out of pocket from now on unless we replumb the entire house. Completely unacceptable.
