Waited a week for an appointment. Called to confirm appointment day of and was told they were at lunch. Called every 30 minutes for 1.5 hours and finally got someone on the phone (30 minutes after my appointment) they told me the guy was running late and would be there closer to two but they would call when they were on the way. Guess what!?!? No call, No show (I hung around) when I called at 4, they didn't answer the phone. Not professional! Doesn't Communicate! Don't Use Them!
Phenomenal, professional, timely service for my Mom’s house; when she burst the pipes. I told her to drip the faucets smh... anyhow, Holman’s came to the rescue during this snow and saved the day. Would recommend to the entire Brazos Valley...if they were this good during this weather, imagine how consistent they are during the rest of the year.
Great job was done there were issues but they were resolved at no extra cost to me it was all done in a timely professional manner. I recommend them on there quick and timely response and fair pricing
