Really awesome museum, they have a kids playroom type area with a fair amount of live animals and the COOLEST beehive that shows great detail in side. It’s pretty amazing. It’s my favorite part. They have a show room that changes every few months that is super informative and really neat artifacts in a room that looks like an office? Every first Tuesday is discount admission albeit admission is affordable otherwise. It’s kinda small but you can kill a fair amount of time ( an hour or two) looking and learning; they also have cool stuff to look at outside and a nice spot to have a picnic. I come here every few months and I think it’s totally worth it! Of the 5+ times I’ve gone me and the kiddo are the only ones... one time there was a field trip and those kids were well behaved. 10/10 would reccomend for a fun activity.

Love this museum. Its not big, but some of the rotating exhibits are phenomenal. Their fossils are much higher quality than I expected from a museum that size. It is very kid friendly, particularly their room with the animals.

Beautiful little museum. Highly recommend going out and supporting them. Very neat artifacts. Incredible mural. Great addition to a date!

It's not as big as the larger museums in Houston and Austin, but my son and I enjoyed it a lot. He really enjoyed the gem collection, the snakes, and the indoor bee hive.

Small but theu pack a lot of info into the little space, me and my boys actually had a great time walking through, we did spend an ridiculous amount of time watching the live bee hive trying to fimd the queen. Will definitely visit again as more themes are brought in.
