We had our water pump for our house go out on a Friday. We called MBD and they answered right away. We ended up ordering our pump from Amazon and had it delivered on Saturday. Trenton and his guy (I think it was Mark) came out on Saturday and replaced the pump. They did a great job and they even cleaned up after themselves. It is so nice to have water running in the house again.nnWe highly recommend M&D.

M&D billed me for work that was not completed. Turned out that his Master Plumbing license is expired as of 3/31/18 and he should not have been able to pull a permit from the city to work on my house. Fixed half of the problem and did a temporary fix on the other part. Stated he would come back out the next week and fix it but never called or showed up. I currently have no gas at my house. BEWARE!!!

Did a great job & same day. I woke up to water all over the kitchen floor, a line broke under the sink. I called Matt & it was fixed the same day. Good job & will definitely use these guys again.

I called M&D Plumbing to come out and diagnose why my well pressure pump was kicking on and off rapidly. They told me that my pressure tank needed to be replaced, which I purchased for $450.00 and had them install it $300.00. That all would have been fine if it needed a pressure tank, because when I got home it was doing to exact same thing that it was doing. I diagnosed it after work and found that all it needed was a new check valve about $20.00, they insisted that they would come out and install it at no charge and installed it between the pressure switch and the tank and made the problem worse. Then left us with out water so I went to town purchased the valve that it needed and installed it myself. The problem was fixed all but a few leaks. When I called to tell them that I had the problem figured out and would just fix it myself they insisted again that they would fix their mistake at no charge, which they did come out and fix the leaks but today I received a bill in the mail for another $365.95.nnThey finally replied back with a text. But at least he finally kept his word.

Of all the plumbers around Luling, this is the ONLY one who ALWAYS comes. And they are just as swamped if not more, than the others. Always kind too.nIf u need a plumber, these are ur guys!
