Tim and Josh were professional, courteous and on time. My gas line had deteriorated to the furnace and they had it replaced in no time and took the time to improve how it had previously been installed. The cost was reasonable and Tim walked me through the repair before they started. Fantastic customer service and an overall great experience. Thank you Doug's Plumbing!!

I made the mistake of not letting all of my faucets drip on 1/16/2018. I went to work the next day only to come home to water flowing down my driveway. I realized that a pipe had burst under my small house so I called Doug's Plumbing. I had never called before. Marty answered the phone and said he could send someone out the same night. Jayson came out and told me what it would cost and started working on the problem. He replaced the damaged PVC and told me that he wasn't going to charge me as much as he said he was because it was easier than he thought it would be. I was amazed with his honesty. He sure made it look easy. I am so pleased with this company and I would recommend it to anyone. Words cannot express my thanks to Doug's Plumbing. If I ever have another plumbing problem I will be calling them again!nnUpdate: On 2/21/2021 Damon and Brandon came out and fixed my busted water pipes from the really bad winter storm that we just had. They came out today which is a Sunday and within 1 1/2 hours, they had me all fixed up. It sure does feel good to have running water again after not having it for several days. Thank you Damon and Brandon, you guys rock!

This company is fantastic. From the friendly voice of the young lady who answered my call and got us help, to the great service technician who arrived quickly and fixed the issue promptly-we had a great experience. Brendan was professional and took care of our broken pipe in short order! I would never call anyone else!

Doug’s notified me when Damon was in route with his photo, the van was very clean, and they fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. Not bad for having been working 7 days a week since every pressurized water line in Texas got chin checked by the freeze! Damon liked my dog and Brandon was courteous as well. I appreciate y’all.

Last week Zach was here to repair our water heater and this week, Brendon and his assistant were here to install a new toilet. Both men did good work and communicated clearly with me. I also always appreciate the work that Kaylee does in the office. I got a text message 10-15 minutes before the technicians arrived to tell me who was coming (with their picture!), and it was within the window of time Kaylee had scheduled with me, and in both instances, it was the same day I called. Pricing is upfront, so we knew what we’d be charged. Definitely recommend Doug’s Plumbing. ud83dudc4d Honest, friendly, and reliable.
