Quoted 12k for a shower remodel- left and said they were “done” when shower was no where near finished. Holes were left where water could seep through and cause serious damage and left electrical hazards from our vent/heating unit. Said they could do a custom shower but argued with us when they said a hearing-bone(design we both agreed upon) was too hard and ended up doing a custom shower that he could do, not one that we wanted. The owner, Denson himself, also talks over women and refuses to listen. He does not know how to remove a shower.. and really doesn’t know much about plumbing. Had to spend more money to have it fixed by someone else. Almost had to have an attorney write a letter. Avoid at all cost. *to put the cherry on top- he parked his ugly van right in the center of our yard... not on the driveway.

Denson plumbing gave us a $136.50 quote on a stopped up kitchen sink. The guy worked for a couple hours and didn't solve the problem. My husband had to help with everything, they even borrowed our tools. They brought their machines in through the mud and onto my carpets and stained them, fiddled around for hours, and never figured anything out. Then he got one of his hoses stuck in the drain and had to hacksaw the drain and put a new piece of pipe in. Then charged up $396.50 for doing nothing to remedy the problem. The guy told us they didn't charge by the hour, but by the job. They were the worst people to work with. Not honest and didn't keep their word. Very disappointed with their service, use anyone other than them! Or be prepared to pay far above their quote!!
