Seattle Police Department - East Precinct

What an amazing civil service! No one wishes to interact with the police, but these guys make it pleasant. They treat every call with the same level of seriousness, and respond quickly to the scene.

I love our local, state and government emergency services, without them we would be in chaos and we wouldn't have the safety that we need as a community to function. The Seattle Police Department not only takes care of taking criminals off the street but they are a big part of the City of Seattle's customer service to help, guide or reach out. When you see a Seattle Police Officer please thank them for taking care of the community and thank them for their service. God Bless America and God bless our law enforcement officers.

Just witnessed two conservative YouTubers being assaulted repeatedly while live streaming in front of the Capitol Hill QFC. After that, the YouTubers were stalked, recorded, and doxed by a left-wing extremist thug. This was all quickly reported to Seattle PD by the YouTubers, and one hour later there still had been no response from officers.nnThese two innocent, harmless guys were in serious danger, yet the Seattle PD chose to do nothing to protect them. I am absolutely disgusted by this, and will do everything I can to make sure the PD is held accountable.

I work closely with SPD on occasion. Doing bar security it's good to have a working relationship with them. In the most recent incident where SPD was involved they arrive in a quick and timely manner and handle the situation appropriately I have a lot of respect for the officers and what they do for our community everyday. they've always treated me fairly and done right by me and I hope to continue to keep a good relationship with them throughout the rest of my career and security

I really like the personnel at this precinct. The officers and staff are always so friendly and helpfull.nThe amount of stress that the staff and especially the officers and the detectives are under most if not always, cannot be understood by people that have not experienced it on a daily basis. I have never had an unfriendly encounter with any police officer, but I would not take it personally if I did.nSo what if someone that works for the police department is grumpy at some point during the day. Geez, aren't we all?nI am grumpy right now because it is hot out!nWhat if you had just heard that one of your friends was just killed by gang fire, or another baby was beaten to death by his parents, or busted a human trafficking ring and saw 20 child sex slaves, or came to the scene of a traffic accident with mangled bodies laying everywhere? How might you act?nThese people put their lives on the line to keep US and our communities safe.nI applaud them, admire them, appreciate them and will defend them, except for the few bad apples that abuse their power( I would feel the same way by anyone that abused their power).nThank you to all the staff at the East Precinct for going above and beyond the call of duty.nMay you be protected by the power greater than us so you can do your job and be safe.nYou are #1 in my book!!!
