Had an issue with an obstructed drain line at my retirement home while family was there. Between his office staff and the workers who came out, they were all an absolute blessing. They located the problem and had it fixed quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough! A huge shoutout to everyone there for being so professional and great. The lady that answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional in every way. She is the first contact one will have with the company and makes the impression and you can tell she truly does not care. The customer service that is first represented within this company is so poor; it takes away from any experience one may have to even decide to use this company.

I called this morning and within 2 hours the owner, Jerry, was out fixing my problem. He was very professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend and will be using McCarter & Son for any future plumbing needs.

We have a rental cabin in Sevierville. There was a plumbing problem and after reading the reviews on McCarter & Son, I called them to check it out. They promptly came out and diagnosed the problem, called me to explain what they found, and came out the next day and fixed it (venting issue). Upon completion, the plumber even sent me pics of the fix to my cell phone! They charged what I thought was a reasonable charge. I took care of the issue over the phone and will definitely call McCarter & Son in the future if needed. Thanks!

We had an issue finding our septic tank, on a newly purchased cabin. Septic pumping company came out and couldn't find it. Power Pumping recommended McCarter And Sons. They came out and located it within 15 minutes. Very professional. Thanks again, McCarter And Sons!!!!!
