The staff is always very helpful and never real crowded

Internet always goes out. Goes out at least 5 times a day. Currently out right now for the second time this hour. I live in brand new apartments with brand new wiring. Worst internet I have ever used. They are lucky you can't choose any other internet company in these apartments.

Fast and reliable as always. Professionalism at its best !

They are nice people that work in there and they do try to help people out if they need help with the bill

The staff at the Sevierville location were fantastic. I had to turn in some equipment and they were quick and efficient. 5 star!
