Needed to have septic located and was recommended to call Tommy at American Pumping. Was told to meet at the property early next day so I took off work. Tried calling Tommy to confirm he would be there, no answer. Went out to the property at specified meeting time, Tommy was not there. Waited 30 minutes and called again, no answer. Waited 30 more minutes no answer so I left. Received a text 45 minutes later stating he was busy at a job site and would contact me when he was done. Never heard anything.nnAll Tommy had to do was either let me know he would be busy so I didn’t take off work or answer the phone to let me know what was going on.
