Had fun on the free train ride decently organized, individuals could use some customer service training
Everyone should do this at least once. Kids love it and its free!
I took my girls there today and was yelled at because I was just holding my phone and then pushed by one of the operators to go yell at a child and told him not to get back on his train ever again. I have never been treated so rudely. Don’t worry Mid-South Steamers I won’t be back.nnSince I can’t respond back hopefully this makes it back to you. My children were girls the child yelled at was a boy. He was in front of me and his feet were not out. I didn’t hear anyone yell at the people rocking back and forth that threw the train off the track and could have ruined your train. I feel if you have a problem with what a child is doing instead of getting up in their face you should talk to their parent. I am all about safety and me being pushed with my 3year old daughter was not safe. We could have seriously been hurt.
These are the sweetest trains ever for kids and adults alike! I love that this is a bi-annual tradition that we've had for years!
A very fun event! Their all volunteer staff is great and there are lits of trains to ride. Everyone is friendly and happy to share and talk about their trains in the railyard.
