They built my Saturn 20 years ago, great car. However, GM killed Saturn. Shame on you GM!

This guy's name is Mike. It does not take time off load. He speaks wrong with me. He never speaks properly to me and my load goes off but I do not get this paper work and I have to wait half an hour to deliver the paper and It has paperwork but doesn't give me It keeps the phone on while unloading the load.
