Customer service is horrible. I understand not being happy but treating people as if they are below them is horrible. Would not recommend this site as the desk staff is rude and clearly not happy with the line of work

The Columbia DMV was very quick and efficient! My daughter and I were both there to get our license, and they got us both right in, tested, and right out again within the space of about 45 minutes!

The Columbia, TN DMV staff were very efficient, as well as, being very friendly. I have lived in various parts of the state and have been to many of the DMV offices; this office is the best one I have seen in many years. The facilities were well maintained, and the agency had a very professional team working there on the day I was there. I had multiple, official needs to accomplish; and even though it was towards the end of the day, they took care of everything that I wanted to achieve on the same day... I was very impressed!!
