Very professional and honest.nI had a knowledgeable man named Josh, who gave me information on credit availability and he called and got the lowest rate possible for my entire system!nThe techs were efficient and completed the work of installing a system within the time advised.nI would recommend this wonderful company. Call them first..nYou will love freely the warmth of heat/ and in air in the heat of summer.

Heat went out this morning and they were here this afternoon. As a member of their service, no service fee, fast repair, and super nice professional service man, Brandon. We are so thankful to be on Choate’s program, it not only has been a great value just the 2 times we needed them, but all of their team and service is the best!nnWe had an AC problem in August in Memphis, no fun. We called Choate’s and they immediately got a service person out that morning between 10 AM and noon and the service operator showed up at 10 AM. We were impressed by their phone customer service, their follow up text messages, the introduction of who the service operator would be in a bio of his experience, and his bio with a picture. He was very professional and quick to resolve the problem and explained to us what he did. The follow up that we got was incredible and were offered a family plan that ended up being less Expensive than the repair would have been that day. We are happy to be a family plan member of Choate’s and have complete comfort and security knowing that they can handle all of our air-conditioning heating and plumbing needs. Very impressive!

They came to do an inspection on my air conditioning unit. I haven't had anyone look at it for almost 5 years. They were able to give me great information on what I had wrong with the system. They gave me options on items and were willing to let me do the fixes myself if I wanted to. There was no pressure to use them. I however did use them to do the repairs and the gentleman that serviced my property was able to make quick repairs right then and there. I recommend this company to anyone looking for air conditioning/heating help. I haven't used them for plumbing, but if I need plumbing experts in the future, I assume they will be just as helpful.

The men assigned to this project were outstanding! I would absolutely recommend them over and over again. The work was well done and in the timely fashion they promised. They were very clean (as much as they could be) and I was very pleased at their professionalism, safety measures, and response. I received exactly what I requested. Even the sales rep stopped by and checked on us. Choates is amazing! From the moment I called to the moment the work was completed, I received the best customer service and installment I've ever seen. 5 STARS!!!!!

I rarely write reviews and even if I do, I rarely write 5 star reviews but this experience warrants it. I rent a house in TN but live in Connecticut. The response time and ability to manage the difference in my location to the residence was perfect. My tenants texted me with a heating issue in the morning and it was fixed before the day was over with little effort. That may sound basic, but that is not the norm that I have experienced with most maintenance companies. This was exceptional.
