Yes my heat system went out, i was trying to find a local Heat and AC service company. i called several companies, All of the companies said they would get back with me. Not one did except the Residential Plus Heating & cooling. The office mgr, call me back and gave me the time they would be there and they where there on time. Looked at my system and had to order a part, but they fix the system at that time so that i would have heat until the new part could be ordered and installed, just a few days went by they came back out and installed the new part. The service was very good ,nand professional . The two service tech was very good and efficient . The office manager was very professional and helpful. They will have my business. again.
Kevin was a good and knowledgeable guy. He can to check my unit, and replaced a bad capacitor just to find out the compressor was shot. So i went through his business to purchase and have installed a brand new HVAC unit. Evrything was done professionally and in a timely manner.. 5 stars, would highly recommend.
I had no heat coming home from work. I called and a technician was here within an hour, he repaired the unit and was done in another hour. Friendly, informative and so greatly appreciated.
