First Convenience Bank

The "supervisor" Taylor treated me like I wasn't a human being when I went to figure out why they had reopened a closed bank account without my knowledge which stole my child's stimulus money. She kept trying to just get me out of there quickly without regarding any of the legit problems/questions I was trying to discuss to make sure of how I go about things next. Not listening to me, ignoring me and just counting my money out. Disgusting. This place is not professional and I can see why they just keep losing customers because all they care about is stealing peoples money and not treating them like humans!

WORST BANK EVER!!! You have to go into the bank in person to conduct any sort of business during the bank's business hours. Otherwise, you can call the parent bank in West Texas, but you will be on hold for a LONG TIME, and when someone actually answers the phone in person, they will only tell you that you have to go to the bank in person to sort everything out. P.S. I would have given ZERO STARS to this bank if I could.

Always takes a long time. I guess it's like this at every branch. 6 workers and only one helping customers. They look busy but should have them helping customers who standing in line forever.

I went to this branch to close my two accounts but the assistant manager Mrs. Sutton ask on why and if she could help me with my issues that I explained to her about my bank branch in El Paso and I was extremely upset and tried of their lies and the issue that I was having. Mrs Sutton did go out of her way and did resolved my issue. Thank you

This bank has screwed me over multiple times. They will do what ever they can to charge you excessive overdraft fees. Once I had a check I deposited from another bank and they froze it saying it was suspicious. Stay away from this bank unless you enjoy paying fees.
