We love our Carolina Country new house! Everyone worked hard to help us build our perfect home. The sales representative was very patient helping us find the right model to customize for our house and our sight manager was excellent start to finish. If you need a new home you need to go to Carolina Country Homes!
My husband and I were not first time home owners but we were first time builders. We were terrified because it seemed like everyone had a horror story about building a house. I cannot recommend everyone at Carolina Country Homes enough. Right away we met Greg Brooks, who is absolutely awesome. We went back and forth and looked through tons of options and ended up having to pause the search for a while. Greg was so patient and actually cared about our situation. He is the reason why we came back after talking for so long to build with Carolina Country Homes. You are not going to find someone more knowledgable about their products and options. Once we got through choosing and deciding everything then we switched over to build mode. That is when we met Brent. Brent is the best contractor that we have ever come into contact with. He is very reliable, always shows up when he says he will and he always answers his phone. You never have to worry about a contractor that doesn't show up and leaves you with tons of questions. He walks you through everything. Brent went above and beyond to make sure that our build went smoothly and I would recommend him to anyone! I never had to worry about if things were being done correctly and if anything needed to be handled it was done. He was three steps ahead the entire time. Lastly, but definitely not least, Julie in the office. She is the sweetest person in the world. She helped us with all of our documents/closing etc. All of that in itself can be extremely stressful. Julie always knew what to do and helped us wrap everything up flawlessly. In conclusion, if you're debating on whether or not to build with this company...do it. Hands down the best experience we could have possibly asked for. We are completely in love with our house. Everything is just how we wanted it. The quality is awesome. It truly is the biggest blessing to be able to love where we live so much. Now we have a beautiful home to raise our children in. We could not be more grateful. Thank you Carolina Country Homes for everything you did from start to finish.
My boyfriend and I recently built a home with Carolina Country homes. We have nothing but good things to say. Everyone that we dealt with was very patient while we were making our decisions on exactly what we wanted. Very quick responses with questions/concerns. Will, our site manager, was very helpful and quick with responses also. Anytime we had questions or needed something done we could count on him to get it figured out. Between Will and Greg they made our experience less stressful and nerve-racking (it being our first house we had many questions and nerves) they were both always super patient with us. Thank you both for making our experience great. We would definitely recommend going through Carolina Country Homes.n- Alyssa
I personally would not recommend doing business with them. I spoke to a guy who claimed he was being straight up with me regarding one of the models I was interested in, but in the end result he sounded like a complete jerk. He told me at the price range I was looking in paying a month I basically would only find something run down. I may not be able to get the modular I was calling about but you sure can find a nice home in my area $800-900 a month.
We purchased a modular home from Carolina Country homes for our new property in Chester, SC. The one thing that stands out is how helpful and quick to respond to question or issues all their staff is. Anthony was our PM. We loved working with him. He never minded getting texts at night or answering questions on how things were constructed. He worked diligently to meet all our expectations and he and Carolina Country Homes/Champion exceeded them. Thank you for helping us create our new home.
