The menu outside was down so the worker asked me to come in. Which is understandable. He never said anything about the card machine being down. I even asked him when I came in if it was cash only he said no. So after waiting in line for over 20 minutes and him making both of my subs I get up to the register to pay. And he tells me his card machine is down after all of that and tells me to leave. I’ll just drive a extra 20 minutes to go to firehouse subs if I ever want a sub.

When I came in no one was around. When a person finally came up to the front they were closing up and gave me a weird look. It was no where near time to be closing the restaurant. I will be speaking to a manager if not corporate. I placed an online order.

Pretty awful customer service everytime I go. My family has been in the subway business for over 30 years so I know how things go. I got a BLT sandwich today and they gave me raw bacon on my sandwich...didn’t even think to cook it

This place has terrible management. Every single time we come up here they're out of almost everything and having to substitute. Normally I can compromise and be understanding but it has literally been every single time and tonight they didn't have the bread we chose, the cheese, or the chips and finally before they could say anything else they were out of we just asked for our money. It's bad when nearly every other comment and review is bad bc of the same thing. They've made a bad name for themselves and are losing business bc of how bad its gotten.

Worse service I've ever had. I know I had a big order but I'm missing some food an the sandwichs ain't toasted nor do I have Buffalo sauce on a Buffalo chicken bacon ranch sandwich after several times of telling the manager that I wanted it. Then she asked for my pin for my card thru the drive thru window. I refused an went in believing that my order was correct.
