I am a tenant of coldwell banker, I had been living there before the agency bought out our units. The good thing about the new agency we have the ability to pay online(with an additional fee of course) or by debit card or in person with cash. There was only one option for me before I had 2 write a check. The bad thing about them is that 6mths after they said everything would stay the same they sent us a certified letter saying ur rent would be increasing up to 125 during a pandemic. At least they could have let the old people continue to pay their normal rent and raise it for new tenants I think that's terrible.
