CodyW was fast and fixed the problem perfectly! When i explained I had to be able to use the outdoor water line to water my animals, he called another truck to bring him the part he needed to provide this ability! Considering this was Saturday eve before Easter, i was so happy to find someone competent and friendly! Thanks again! The other company told me late Monday was the earliest... not acceptable!
Cody did a great job. It was challenging and took a long time as it should have been a 2 person job (didn't know until digging in) he stuck through it with a smile on his face. Kept us informed throughout the process. We are very happy with roto rooter and the technician Cody. They have earned our plumbing business for the future... which could be valuable since we have 11 bathrooms!
Dominick was very professional and you could tell he cares about his quality of work. He listened and responded to questions without making me feel embarrassed. He is a great repairman and I would recommend him to family and friends.
Willie Crawford was the technician who came an checked my hot water heater out, he was very professional and was able to explain everything to me and kept me in the loop about everything. He was fantastic and very kind. He also followed all covid procedures perfectly. I can't thank him enough.
The technician that came out to give me an estimate, was very knowledgeable about the situation and very down to earth. That guy needs a serious raise. I will be using this company hence forth!
