Hired this company for a septic inspection on a house we wanted to purchase. They called us the day of the inspection and said they had completed it and would be sending a report ASAP. The address they “inspected” was WRONG. They argued they inspected the correct location we gave them. They said they had the convo on tape so we said play the tape and call us back. They called back an hour later and said they had made the mistake and would inspect the correct property. Then they called and said everything was in good order and septic would not be pumped for years. We then moved in, and there was no sign of digging up the tank in our yard nor either of the neighbors. They never inspected at all. 6 months later we have septic problems, had to get pumped and have to run new lines due to settlement that should’ve been seen in an inspection. Would NOT recommend this company at all.

The gentlemen who arrived at the house were punctual and professional. When I informed them my son was asleep, they were very conscious of the fact and did everything as quietly as possible.nThank you for doing a great job!

was unable to complete repairs as the damage to the sewer line was in repairable the entire line under house was degraded and just gone and I have to run all new lines. was even going to discount services and I still paid the full charge due to he did preform the job stated as in running the haydrablast machine and clearing the clog and ran camera to see there was no like there. only thing is I did not receive a recite

This company is the BEST!!!! From the knowledgeable office staff to the competent plumbers. We use them for all our business needs.

I write this review after being a customer of this particular business on 3 occasions. The first time, amazing, the second time was so-so. This time the work done should embarrass the management of this company. I would love to tell them what happened, but after several attempts they have yet to return my calls . Short version, $370 to connect a new sink and garbage disposal. Looks like a job that No professional would leave behind. And now I will need another plumber to come fix what this plumber did . Choose wisely and maybe someone else to help you with a plumbing issue.
