No stars went to the restaurant and it was closed with a sign saying open from 7 am until 4 pm. Why on earth would you close so early when people get off from work either 4 pm or after 5 pm. Truly Bojangles has a lot of work to do.
I thought the service was great at first even though the line took a while and then after I drove off with my food and parked I realised I didn't get either of my sides for either of my meals and the inside was closed so I had to wait in the line again for about 20 min just for them to serve me the same fries and macaroni that they forgot to put in my bag. The fries were cold and the macaroni was watery and inedible I literally gave it to my dogs. They were too focused on trying to talk to the dogs to give me my sides. Needs new management
No chicken ready. I asked for a gallon of tea, cashier said we only sell half gallons. Ok then, give me 2 to make a gallon, common sense out the door these days.
Great Service.. I'm From Louisiana and I Came There and From The Door To The Counter and Then From My Greeting To Getting My Food. Not One Complaint.. MOD Made Us Feel Very Much At Home.
Food was correct. But took awhile to get part of order and was shown a lil attitude fun over if thy females involved. Otherwise alright.
