I've had nothing but good experiences using Helena's Dry Cleaners. The people who I've spoken to over the phone are all very professional and enthusiastic. I always ask employees if they are treated right by their employers, and I learned from Jose that he really enjoys working for Helena's because he's treated well and it's a good, family business who takes care of their employees. I spoke with Kendall over the phone too. Again, outstanding customer service and lots of enthusiasm. Danny is my delivery driver. He too is outstanding. He's always professional and friendly and takes pride in his job. And by the way, the dry/wet cleaning has been perfect, along with the small alteration I requested.

I manage a bedding/mattress store downtown so the need for clean linens is very high. When my store reopened after the initial COVID shutdowns, I shopped around for a laundry service that delivers with a lower cost and I found it! What keeps me with Helena's is their consistency and communication. Jose, their pickup/delivery driver, comes 3x a week with the same smile and infectious energy every time! When Helena's closed for Labor Day, Kendall emailed me a week prior letting me know and asked if we needed an additional pick up/drop off added to our week. Nothing beats communication and they nail it every single time. My store's sheets are always crisp and clean because of them. I highly recommend Helena's Cleaners and I hope they know how wonderful Kendall and Jose are to their customers.

Helena's has been fair and responsive about any concerns I have had. The delivery service has been reliable and prompt. Helena's dry-cleaning services have been faultless and I like being able to schedule pick-ups online.

Back in March I had a clothes moth infestation and since I hadn't put away my winter sweaters/blazers, etc. I had *a lot* of items that needed to be professionally cleaned. It was a nightmare! I had to send all my rugs to the rug place, wash everything in my apartment that was machine washable, and Helena's did all the dry clean only items. They had a special price for this kind of bulk cleaning and it was a huge relief. I was worried I would have to throw a ton of clothes away because I couldn't afford a thousand dollar cleaning bill, but it ended being less than $200. I would highly recommend them.
