Great service and great prices. I came here after a poor experience with another dry cleaner. I went abroad and didn't come back for over six months, but the gentleman running the cleaner still remembered me. As a young professional, I would definitely recommend this dry cleaner.

I’ve been using Marion Dry Cleaners for over ten years, dealing with the current owner‘a father first, and now his son.nBoth are pleasant and courteous and I’ve never received my clothing back wrinkled as one reviewer mentioned and they do an excellent job at dry cleaning.nI took an antique velvet curtain, expecting it to possibly shred in the dry cleaning process but it came backnbeautifully cleaned and pressed.

Great prices, good service for dry cleaning “boxed shirts” and basic tailoring.nnI’ve had a very different (and positive) experience than other reviewers. I’m also sympathetic to retail locations, especially dry cleaning which is a VERY tough business. I’ve used other dry cleaners in Seattle and disappointed by the very high prices.nnMarion Dry cleaners charge $3.50 for boxed laundered shirts (best for business travel) most other dry cleaners are >$5.00!!nnService business are very expensive in Seattle. I had planned to take my laundry with me to NYC every few weeks since this is ANOTHER example of how expensive Seattle services are. Shoe repair, watch repair & my wife misses the nail salons prices $25 for mani-pedi “happy hour” prices.nnMarion should be rewarded for their reasonable pricing. If someone was offended, “get over it” :)

We have used this place for our dry cleaning several times and have always had good results. BUT. A different place I had gone to to alter a bridesmaid dress bungled the job. Desperately needed help very close to the wedding. Took it here, where they were extremely kind and willing to do the work quickly. Did a superb job in fixing the dress. And at a reasonable price. Will always use them for alterations now too. Highly recommend.

This is the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had. They stained a brand new dress, and when I approached the manager about it, he was incredibly rude and said there was nothing they were willing to do.nnI bought a brand new dress into Marion to have it cleaned. I had purchased the dress only three days before, for more money than I'd like to admit. Therefore I didn't even attempt cleaning it myself and took it straight to the cleaners. I paid extra to have it cleaned quickly because I was leaving on a flight the next day.nnUpon wearing it out for the first time since cleaning, I realized there were several large white stains all along the front of the dress - clearly where cleaning product had been used to remove spots.nnI quickly took the dress back into the shop and the man working told me that he did in fact see the stains I was referring to and would have to talk to his manager. He took my phone number and a copy of my receipt for the new dress and told me to wait for the call.nnFour days go by and I hear nothing. So I call Marion and speak to the manager. After a long conversation where I calmly explain the situation I'm in, he offers no customer service whatsoever and tells me there is nothing they can do. They ruined a brand new dress of mine that had only been worn once and took no responsibility for damaging the product I trusted them to clean.
