I love this high quality business! Mi and her family are lovely people, the service is excellent, the turnaround is very fast and they work hard to get things right. If I bring in a garment or table linen with a tough stain, they will work very hard to remove it, and are always up front about what can and cannot be done. The pricing is competitive and in some cases, lower than others. They also have an exceedingly convenient covered parking area, which is amazing given its location on capitol hill. I have also had alterations done here with good results. Highly recommend this dry-cleaning business.
I have never had an issues with the actual cleaning. But repeatedly, when I ask for a shirt to be laundered/starched, they dry clean it without my permission at a much higher charge. It is very frustrating - they always give me the same excuse that the shirt required dry cleaning. I just picked up two cotton shirts that I have had laundered many times - what about them required pricier dry cleaning? (I have let this slide many times...and feel that it has happened so many times that I needed to leave a review)
I have been going to this cleaners for about a year now. Their service is good, only sometimes have to wait if they are really busy. They have removed some stains I thought were permanent and saved a few shirts and always have my clothes done on time (and faster than a lot of other cleaners I have used). Friendly, easy, on time, solid quality and reasonable price. 5 stars from me.

I recently took my suit here to be dry cleaned. I had never used this company before. They did a really great job with my dry cleaning.nnI thought the price was a little on the high side for a dry cleaning, but quickly remembered its Seattle and cleaning is more expensive here.nnThe reason I am giving four stars instead of five is the customer service wasnt great. When I dropped off my suit, the lady wasn't that nice, and when I picked it up, the guy seemed a little rude and I went in the drive-thru lane and still had to physically get out of my car.nnOtherwise, they cleaned my suit well and it was spotless! I would totally recommend them, just dont expect world class customer service.
