I had my winter jacket with a white faux fur collar cleaned here and a heavy sweater. Both look like new. I’m very satisfied with the service here. The lady in the shop is very nice and friendly.
I once had a friend drop off my laundry & I was in such a hurry (it was right before I left on a trip). That I accidentally dropped my phone in my laundry without realizing. I realized like half an hour later frantically asking if they had seen my phone. They immediately reassured me it was there. That they would wait for me. I really appreciated their honesty.
The owner did a fantastic job on my dress and the work was done in a timely manner. The lady is super nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place.
I've been coming to see Seattle for almost 4 years now and I don't go anywhere else. If you want high quality craftsmanship in a reasonable time come here. I'm always looking fresh when I go out!
Best shoe repair I've ever had, hands down. My boots were ready for the garbage and he made them look brand new! And he did it in 24 hours! I can't believe it's taken me this long to find a shoe repair this good, and will never go elsewhere after seeing what he can do!
