I dropped off a dress for hemming, and was told to come back for it in 10 days. I did, and it hadn't been touched yet. I have her the benefit of the doubt, because she'd done a good job on a previous piece, and waited another 10 days. It was still not done.nShe doesn't get things done in a timely manner and isn't apologize. Additionally, she charged me full-price after this for two pieces I'd dropped off to have dry-cleaned. Terrible business practices! Don't go here!
Quick and efficient. Helped me get a small rust stain out of a chiffon dress while I waited.
I love this place. Great hours, fast service, friendly people. Never had a problem with cleaning or alterations.
