My girlfriend with 2 kids have been waiting since Sunday 8/31 for the afternoon to get repaired. CLT said they had to order a part. I’ve called several times and they keep saying “today we will fix it”. We hear it every day. It’s still hot 3 days later. Horrible customer service skills. Zero communication.
When it comes to fast attention to your AC needs, this is the company you want. They tend to promptness, assist in all your needs and ensure your unit is back to running. They are professional, kind, caring and hard working. Prices are great too. Highly recommend and will keep using.
I have used them personally and in the business office I manage for over 15 years and they come through every time. They show up when they say they are going to show up, their work and attitude is quality, professional and tidy. I have always felt that their prices were fair. You can't go wrong with this company.

They came out today to check out my a/c,was told for several years it had a freon leak by a different company and was being charged for freon. Come to find out no leak after all the unit was actually full of freon, these guys have great customer service I will definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone. Thanks Guys yall are great.
