Have absolutely loved this place over the years. Beautiful showroom, excellent customer service. Most recently they took care of a warranty issue on a twenty year old Baldwin product I'd purchase there in 1997! Felt like they went out of their way. What would Seattle be without this place?!
Excellent counter service and huge range of products. Huge display area, residential and commercial products. We have bought lock sets and hinges there for our church. They also have a keying service.
Largest selection of hardware I have seen. We were able to find everything we needed door and cabinet-wise for our remodel. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
This store and their employees exemplify customer service and a pleasant shopping experience. Staff is helpful, caring, understanding and patient.
