Maynor Heating and Air Conditioning provided excellent customer service and care. Gary who came to my home was very personable, wore shoe protectors, had a mask on at all times (due to COVID precautions) and was extremely knowledgeable. He conducted a very detailed cleaning and provided top notch maintenance on my heating unit. He uncovered some things that needed to be fixed and took photos to show me, explained everything very clearly and fixed what was needed. The unit it running so much better already. I will be using them moving forward for maintenance on my heating and air.nMaynor Heating and Air Conditioning came recommended to me by some friends and I now would highly recommend them to others!
This was a good experience from estimate to installation. JJ was very personable and knowledgeable and gave us a very fair estimate. The installers Rob & Seth were prompt and got right to work. They were very cognizant of our wet yard and took extra care when hauling out the old system and bringing in the new so as not to make ruts in the the yard. I also appreciated the fact that they left us with not just one but 2 carbon monoxide detectors. Great clean up job and respect for our property. Looking forward to the next time we need their service.
I received regular maintenance on my furnace this morning and had a great experience with the technician from Maynor Heating and Air. The technician arrived promptly at 8:00 after giving me a call that he was on his way. He was respectful of my home and wore booties and a mask when he entered. The technician answered all of my questions without pushing unnecessary repairs or services.nnIt can be difficult for me to trust the quality of work of others since I prefer to do DIY projects. I opened my furnace a few weeks ago and noticed there were a lot of cobwebs and dust behind the service panel of my furnace. After the technician left I opened the service panel again and found the area to be pristine!nnOverall I was very satisfied with the services I received and am looking forward to our spring AC service appointment!
Robert was great with communicating when he would arrive as well as communicating what he would be doing and why. He was able to do all the work in my crawlspace except for quickly inspecting the thermostat before and after and the heat coming out of the vent afterwards as well. I appreciate knowing I can count on Maynor Heating & Air to get the job done right.
Today marked the third time that Maynor Heating and Air sent out a technician to perform routine maintenance on our HVAC unit. On each occasion a different service technician came out and each time the service was superior. Today our units were serviced by Jonathan, and just as the two technicians who came out before him, he was excellent. He was extremely professional and courteous, but most importantly he respected our home. Mere words can't express enough how refreshing it is to see a service technician who takes pride in his or her work, and who speaks so highly of his or her employer. Maynor, you do a great job of hiring people who represent your company well. So far, you're three for three with us. Keep up the good work and you can rest assured that we'll be sticking with you for all our future HVAC needs.
