Food was decent, 36 minute wait in drive through was not. No way to escape, and the employees aren't smart enough to send card through and then bring out the orders curbside that are holding up progress. Hopefully your experience is better.

What can I say. You'll never get an order right here. Go through the drive thru, ask for no tomatoes, still get tomatoes. Usually I'm missing a part of my combos as well, like a soft taco or a hard taco. Same experience ordering with the app too.

This is my new favorite taco bell. Service was on point. Food is delicious. And they have kiosks to enter food orders into which makes everything easier. This place kicks butt.

Ordered a Cheezy Bean Rice Burrito and added Lettuce, Tomato, Sour Cream and Guac. I was charged extra for all these. But none of the extras were added to the burrito.nnWe love Taco Bell and have eaten at many locations all over the country. This franchise is THE WORST. They almost always mess up the order. Either they add cheese to our Fresco order or omit the extras even after charging for it. Unfortunately this is the closest franchise to home and we can't visit it as often as we like.nnI have called the Manager multiple times. I am not sure who else needs to hear this.

Mistakes happen. Please, make sure the lid is secure on the cheese sauce , before you put it in the bag. The sauce was on everything in the bag but the chips. Lol
