We come here so regularly we should own shares in the business. We love the workers and they work hard. The food is always fresh. Nothing but love for this place

Went through drive thru. Sat there for 5 minutes with no response. Pulled up to window and nobody in sight. Had to open the window from my truck and yell hello into the building. Finally somebody confused walks up and says some woman must be in the back. I back up and wait to order again and finally he comes on the speaker to take the order. I pull forward and wait 10 minutes more before he says the computer is down and only cash I have is a ripped 20 taped together they won’t accept. So now I can’t use my card and waiting in line still to find out what they can do. Spent 20 minutes so far with this. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. Really hope the “woman” wasn’t the manager that was off doing something in the back and ignoring all customers.

My girlfriend and I came to this subway drive thru to order one sandwich. I pulled up to the window and politely asked for a 6” spicy Italian with American cheese and double meat. After giving more specifics, we went to the window and paid. After driving away, I opened the sandwich and saw that I was given a turkey sandwich with double meat and no cheese instead. So we turned back and went back to the drive thru and once again politely explained that we believe there was a misunderstanding. The woman (We later found out she says her name is Maria) snapped back, “Pull up to the window.” I was confused by the hostility and brevity, but did as I was told and pulled up to the window. At the window, I explained the situation again only to be told that I was wrong. Maria said “no, you told me you wanted a turkey sandwich so I gave you a turkey sandwich.” I said that I’m sorry but you may have misheard me, and she once again tried to claim that I said Turkey. I said I know for a fact I did not say that and that it’s okay if she misheard me, but she started to get even more frustrated. She said “well, the other sandwich is more expensive so you have to pay another $1.50.” This sounded wrong to me so I double checked the website and the turkey sandwich is actually MORE expensive than the spicy Italian, so she was straight up lying to me to steal my money. Finally she gave me the correct sandwich, and so I parked and ate. I went inside to ask for the manager but she claimed she is the manager and tried to ask me what was wrong, then once again tried to tell me that I asked for a turkey sandwich. I realized I wasn’t going to get anywhere so I asked for her name and left. I would put 0/5 if I could, terrible service, the manager was rude to me when I was polite to her, and even messed up my order.nnSUMMARY: manager messed up my order, rudely blamed me for it, and tried to steal my money. NEVER COMING BACK.

It ok i gave 4 because pretty clean look sort new but sub not like use to like lot food not to good unless fix at home
