Love this place! Everyone is super nice and does a great job. They listen to what you want and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Christina did my SNS manicure and pedicure and not only is she super nice and friendly, but does a great job! Will be using Navi Nails as my go-to nail place!
I absolutely loved this place! My mom and I came in to get Mani-Pedi’s and were immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. The ladies that worked there tonight were so kind and funny! I felt pampered and refreshed leaving tonight. This will definitely be a place I come back to time and time again.

My go-to nail place!! I always get dip as I bite my nails otherwise to the point they bleed and they almost always last over a month before cracking/breaking or being too grown out (and I work at a vet hospital so i am hard on my nails). Kim and Christina are both amazing and super personable and all of the staff is super sweet and amazing! I usually stick to one specific glitter color but last time I was there (beginning of December), one of the newer nail techs did my nails (I want to say her name was Cindy but I am not 100% sure) and insisted on doing something special and different and did the coolest holographic effect on two of the nails! Not to mention, I like to get them redone as soon as I accidentally break one as then I begin biting them all and they have always been able to get me in that day or the next day! I drive from NC States Campus to get my nails done here and its worth the drive! I constantly get compliments and recommend Navi to anybody looking for great service and amazing nails!
Horrible welcome and too busy to see us even though we had appointments. Clearly overbooked so we went straight to Wynn Nail Salon in Cary and they were amazing! Go there!
