I have been a Great Clips customer for years and I’ve never been treated like this. Ever since my last visit they’ve turned into absolute mask nazis. First thing she said was, “do you have a mask?” I said, “no I can’t wear one.” She couldn’t have cared less. Plus she and I were the only ones there. Your website said you’d see if accommodations could be made. She didn’t even try. I went up the road to Lady Jane’s and they were as helpful as could be. And they got my $20 tip on a $16 haircut. I think I see why business was slow.
Brittany was amazing! She did exactly as I asked, was fun and friendly, and wore her mask the entire time.

Covid has slowed a lot of businesses, but the service here was excellent. Other than a lower traffic count for customers, this place has not missed a beat. I'll be back.
