I was hesitant to try Neo for threading after reading the reviews, but I have been there five times now and have found the lady there does an excellent job. She is very precise and my eyebrows look great. Her manner, I will agree, is a little abrupt and some might interpret it as rude. She's just very firm and no-nonsense about telling you how to hold your eyes and that you need to relax, but I'm used to her style now and I appreciate her skill level. She has done a better job than anyone else I've been to in the greater Raleigh area.
I have been coming here for over 5 years and in the few times I had to go elsewhere, I realized how lucky I was to have ViVi nearby! In college I would drive 30 minutes just to get my eyebrows threaded here. Other places don't know how to thread my eyebrows because my hair grows downwards, but after I leave Neo Brows, I feel so much better and happier with my eyebrows. She is really experienced and friendly.
I had a hard time finding a really good eyebrow place and I tried Neo a few years ago and have never went anywhere else. Been going here for years and never have had a bad job.
She took off way too much hair!! She also tried selling me powder and tinting. The price is pretty high for threading as well. I hope my hair grows back.. will not be returning nor will I recommend this place.
She took off a lot hair from my eyebrows, and She left me one eyebrow thin and the another think, I hope my hair grow up fast, her English wasn’t good enough to communicate well!
