Have been using Great Clips for several years now for my wavy salt and pepper hair. No matter the stylist, have been getting consistently good wash and wear cuts that don't grow out too fast. Everyone always pleasant. Left off one star because can't get my hair washed until they start again

I used to go here, and had my hair done with Dwight and Karen, who were really good for me! The last time that I went here, I could not find them and trusted the others. I don't want to say anything about the last time! It was so bad! I only give these three stars because of Dwight and Karen, which I don't have any clue where I can find them!

I usually don't go to great clips to get my hair done, but I just wanted a trim for cheap. Got there, walked in and out in 30mins with one of the best haircuts I've ever received. Dana, who cut my hair, was quiet but sweet. Once I saw she did the trim beautifully I decided to get it actually styled, got bangs and about 3 inches off. She did a beautiful job and I'll without a doubt be back.

The Great Clips on Lake Boone Trail is fine as a company, but the people working this past Wednesday (Thanksgiving-eve 2020), were awesome!nnI can't find my receipt or their names, but there was a white woman and a black man working that night when I came in (late in the day) for haircuts for my 6 year old son and myself.nnWe had been at another location just before and were treated badly. (Mission Valley Shopping Center, total jerks!)nnI wasn't expecting much because of that experience, and because it was just 25 mins before closing when the two of us walked in.nnHowever, we had checked in online, and when we got there they both people were extremely friendly and helpful and seemed delighted to have us there. The man took care of my son's hair while the woman took care of mine. They were both so welcoming and wonderful at interacting with us, that both of us forgot what happened at the other location for a moment.nnAll I can say is that Great Clips is lucky to have both of these people and I'm glad I came to this location.

Excellent service and atmosphere! It is exceptionally clean inside despite the construction outside. Dwight is very personable and an excellent stylist. Will definitely be going back!
